According to the recent National Survey, there are more than a lakh people die due to road related accidents in India. In order to educate the children to know and follow the traffic rules and regulations, RECFT organized a Traffic Awareness campaign.

The Tamilnadu Transport department people highlighted the need to respect the traffic rules while driving the vehicles so as to avoid accidents. More than 60 students participated and benefited from this programme. The students were given pamphlets containing Traffic Rules to distribute to the people of the locality.
